Executive summary
Luděk has been working in the field of valuation since 2001, when he joined the Appraisal Institute after graduating from the University of Economics in Prague. Since the beginning of his professional career he has been engaged in valuation of companies and their parts.
Luděk extended his education at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. This way he complements his economic education with legal education and thus looks at valuation from two perspectives. He makes full use of this combination in civil litigation and in criminal proceedings, when it is necessary to support the clients' claims with expert reports and expert witnesses in court.
In addition to his professional focus, he is also involved in projects in the non-profit sector as a founder and board member of two alternative schools in Prague.
He speaks Czech and English.
