1 October marks the start of Cyber Security Month, dedicated to raise awareness of this extremely important topic. 2020 was the year of COVID-19, but unfortunately also of increased cyber attacks. As workers shifted to tele/home work, so did the threats. 2021 confirmed that trend. The question is not if an organisation will be attacked, but rather when that will happen. Alas, criminal organisations evolve quicker than most companies do, resulting in blind spots and increased risk.
That is the central theme of BDO’s Cyber Security Month: ‘Find your blind spot’.
Throughout the month, the different Centres of Excellence will organise a variety of webinars, addressing distinct cyber security aspects. The full programme is available below. The webinars will be in English.
